Description: The following Chinese cooking classes encourage families to have fun learning hands-on cooking and bring their experience to home. Each class is customized for both Vegetarians and Meat-lovers.

Hotpot, or “fire-pot” in Chinese, has a history of over 1000 years and is one of the most traditional and popular meals in China. Hotpot is one of the top Chinese comfort foods when the weather turns cold, especially it can be shared during winter holiday seasons. On the other hand, sushi can include various ingredients that you can quickly pack for heathy school or office lunch.
Spring rolls contain vegetable and/or meat, fillings inside a thinly wrapped cylindrical pastry. They are usually eaten during the Chinese New Year in China.
As the summer is coming, bubble tea is the perfect summer drink to make. Before cooking any Chinese dishes, it is very helpful to learn some must-have Chinese ingredients to store in your kitchen in order to add favors that you want.
